Welcome to the official Blog of Sage Meditation For those of you who are not familiar with Blogs, A blog (an abridgment of the term web log) is usually maintained by an individual, with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order (newest entries first). "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog (from Wikipedia - blog). The entries in this blog will be quite variable. The topics will range from discussing the various products available at Sage Meditation to articles, web sites, and other resources related to meditation, yoga, and massage therapy. The main focus will be on meditation, however, as this is the main focus of our business and, hence the name: Sage Meditation. Many Blogs are stand-alone web sites and offer the ability for readers to enter comments or otherwise interact with the author. The Sage Meditation Blog is not an interactive format, but you are always welcome to send your comments to us on our Contact page.
