Bodhi Seeds promote englightenment.
Meditation Malas are used for meditation practice to count breaths or mantra repetitions. Neck malas have 108 beads and a 'head bead' to indicate the end and beginning of each 108-bead count. The number of beads signifies the 108 worldly sins in the Buddhist tradition or as a multiple of '9' in the Hindu tradition. This number is also significant in many other religions. Each type of bead has its own significance.
Wrist malas have 27 beads and a head bead. Counting the wrist mala beads 4 times over will achieve a count of 108. Wrist malas have an elastic cord and do not have knots between the beads. Length measurements are around the mala - the circumference.
NOTE: The current stock of Bodhi Seed Malas have RED Tassels instead of the Golden Yellow as pictured in the images.

I ordered two of these malas - one for me and one for my husband. We are both thrilled with them - very well made. It was larger than I expected bit that was my fault (I didn't carefully read the specifications). Customer service was top notch - our malas shipped the same day & we received them quickly. Highly recommend the mala & Sage Meditation.

very nice beads I was very excited to get them and a hand written "thank you" was a nice warm touch. Thank you!
The only thing I would recommend is that you keep the tassel flat some how the tassel on the beads was messy looking but the overall product was beautiful
again thank you
