Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Conditions of a Return: Items must be in their original condition Items must be returned in their original packaging - timers & clocks in their original bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and box The Now & Zen clocks should be packaged in bubble wrap and the original Now & Zen Box, and then packaged in a shipping box with additional stuffing as needed - The Now & Zen Timepiece should be packaged in the original foam pieces and the original Now & Zen Box, and then packaged in a shipping box with additional stuffing as needed
All original parts must be returned - straps, buckwheat hulls, power transformers, instruction booklets, etc. Items must be packaged so as to protect them during shipping - please follow the Repackaging a Pyramid Timer or Clock instructions or the "Protect the Pyramid Tip" card enclosed with the unit The RA Number must appear on the shipping label
Any shipping method may be used to send an item back to us. There is no need to rush the item back to us as long as it has been shipped within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Insurance is at your option. Tracking or Delivery Confirmation is recommended. You may enclose a note if you wish to tell us why you were not satisfied with the product. Exceptions to the Return Policy We cannot accept returns on items damaged by misuse We cannot accept returns on items shipped outside the United States - Eye Pillows and candles are not returnable
Cushions must be clean and free of food, soiling, and pet hair - a cleaning fee may be applied for soiled cushions Custom-made cushions are not returnable Large volume orders may be subject to a restocking fee All returns are subject to inspection and approval Refunds will not be given on items returned after 30 days - "in-store" credit will be given in place of a refund

We will arrange for replacement of the item. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAY of receiving your order. We are happy to work with you to exchange items. You may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled anytime before they are shipped. Orders for custom-made products must be canceled before production begins - generally in 2 to 3 business days. Once an order is shipped, the item may be returned according to our return policy. In such case, Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. |
