Why Does it Keep Asking me to Choose a Shipping Method? Our web site is not able to process orders for shipping outside of the United States. Due to limited programming, this is how our web site currently indicates that it is not able to process your order. Although we are able to ship outside the US, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote in order to complete your order. Items with a fixed shipping charge such as the pyramid-shaped gong timers and clocks will process for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, but other products such as the cushions will generate an unusually large shipping cost. The length of time that it takes for you to receive your order varies depending on the items in your order. Some items are off-the-shelf and may be shipped by the next business day. Other items, mainly the cushions and mats, may need to be assembled before shipping them to you. If your order contains a mix of off-the-shelf items and items needing assembly, your order may arrive in separate shipments at different times. Your order status will be in one of 3 positions: Pending, Confirmed, or Shipped. When you first place your order, we review the order to assess how it will be handled. It will remain in the Pending status until we have reviewed the order (on a business day) or if there is a problem with the payment or clarification is needed. Your order is in the Confirmed status once we review the order and determine that there are no issues needing clarification. At this point your order is in the process of being picked for shipping or, in the case of the cushions and mats, the items are being made. Mail the printout, check, your billing and shipping address (if different), and any special instructions to: Sage Meditation How Close are the Actual Fabric Colors to the Images in the Product Descriptions? The images showing the fabric color choices are either color squares that represent the actual fabric colors or images from actual photographs of the fabric. In the case where we used actual photographs, the image will show the texture of the fabric. Unfortunately, due to limitations in digital camera technology and differences in computer hardware (i.e. your computer monitor shows colors differently from your neighbor's computer monitor) the images on the website are only a close approximation to the actual fabric colors. We have worked very hard to get the best representation possible. The actual fabric colors can also vary between fabric lots. So, even though we are using actual photographs, the next roll of fabric might have a slightly different shade of color. The colors we have chosen have been very popular with our previous customers and very few customers have returned cushions because of the colors.
