Chairvana Meditation Seat Review
The foam seat cushions are made of closed-cell foam for maximum comfort. The cushions are sloped and can be positioned with the highest edge to the front or the back as desired. The seat base can rest directly on the floor. Or, if more height is desired, six extendable legs can be protracted under the base to provide additional lift. To aid in achieving a perfect upright posture, the unique backrest piece is designed to fit perfectly against the spinal column. The two upper pads of the backrest can be adjusted to fit just under the shoulder blades to help support the back. Three straps are included with the chair. These straps attache to the Chairvana seat and can be used to hold the legs and shoulders in position during sitting meditation. The straps are very useful for training the body to hold the best posture. With a few adjustments and a process of trials, the Chairvana will prove to be the best meditation tool you can find to help achieve the best posture.
