Governing: Groundedness to this world, feeling safe in our physical form and world regarding things, shelter, money… Pure physical safety and all that it denotes.

Muladhara is weakened by fear, feeling physically unsafe or vulnerable.

Muladhara is connected to physical strength determination and courage, our primal instincts, survival, our physical identity, self preservation and security. Muladhara is denoted by the color red.

Mantra: I am rooted into this earth. I am deeply connected to its essence. In our truth we are one and the same.
