The Rectangular Meditation Cushion is a simple rectangular cushion that can be used alone for meditation or in conjunction with any of our other meditation cushions to provide extra lift. This cushion can also be used for yoga practice, or as a prop for stretching, raising the legs, or to support any area of the body during meditation or bodywork sessions. The rectangular shape makes it easy to stack and store multiple cushions. The large size makes it a comfortable seat for meditation in any location.

A convenient carry handle is sewn into the end of the cushion for easy transporting.

The Rectangular Meditation Cushion comes with either Kapok or Buckwheat Hull fill. Kapok (a dense cotton-like material) provides firm support, yet it can be shaped as needed. The Buckwheat Hulls conform to the shape of the body and provide a grounded feeling. Both versions come with a removable cover that can be washed in cool water and mild detergent. The Kapok and Buckwheat Hulls are enclosed in Linen fabric to contain the material when the cover is removed.
