The Rudraksha Bead Meditation Mala is made with the traditional 108 beads. Each bead is knotted onto a deep reed cord.

Rudraksha beads are sacred and literally mean "the Eye of Lord Shiva". The beads have a brownish red, wrinkled appearance. Rudraksha beads are generally used with Shiva mantra. However, they are effective with any mantra said with devotion. They open the Heart Chakra. Rudraksha beads are believed to help lower blood pressure and create stability within the entire system.

Rudraksha beads promote inner peace, knowledge, power and enlightenment. These beads are small and considered rare.
