The Chairvana Meditation Seat is an amazing piece of meditation technology designed to help you achieve a proper sitting posture for meditation. The seat base is made of comfortable, conforming closed-cell foam. The seat back is specially designed to hold the spine in perfect alignment. The brace for the seat back is fully adjustable to ensure a perfect fit.

The chair includes 3 belts that attach to the chair, two of which can be positioned around the hips, legs, knees, and ankles to help hold them in place. The third strap attaches to the ring at the top and is used to help pull the shoulders back so as to open the chest and heart. Much like learning a Yoga posture, the seat and straps will help train the body to get into a perfect meditation posture. A video DVD is included to help instruct you on how to utilize the Chairvana for maximum effect.
