I just wanted to thank you for such incredible service. I ordered my Enso Meditation Timer on Thursday and received on Saturday!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this timer. I have been doing a personal Yoga practice 4-5 times a week for eleven years now and have been using the Zen clock, which I have had to replace numerous times. I only wish I had know about this timer so many years ago. It is easy to use, has beautiful gong sounds, functional...everything. Again, I just love it and would recommend it and you to anyone. Meditation helps connect body mind and spirit Meditation helps you quiet your mind and tune into you. It also helps you to tune into your physical body. Many people find, when they first start to meditate, that the body demands a lot of attention. This is because we have a tendency to store our emotional pain inside it. By meditating, you increase your connection with your body and your awareness of what you have placed inside it. Listen to your body’s physical signals So if you start to notice that your back is aching or your eye is twitching, keep on meditating. Ignoring these signals does not create change it simply embeds them more deeply. In fact if you ignore it for long enough, you could even create a chronic condition. Meditation can help you become aware of the root cause of your physical afflictions, and it also provides a mechanism for healing and releasing them. Emotions are communications from the body.
Just as in the above example, where physical pain was concerned, if we don’t listen to our bodies emotional signals a deeper issue can develop. Once again, the issue could eventually be expressed as illness or disease. At the heart of each illness is a way of thinking that does not serve you. For instance, digestive problems can indicate that you are having trouble “digesting” or accepting something. While inflammation in the joints may mean that you are judging yourself and others too harshly. Your back ache may be caused by a sense of having no emotional and financial support and a sore throat can indicate that you are not speaking up about something of concern. Illness is a way our bodies seek to restore change by drawing attention to a problem so that we can cleanse built up negative manifestations of energy in our system. The first step to regaining your equilibrium involves slowing down, eating healthy food and getting more rest. Once you have nurtured yourself, you can begin to listen to what your body is telling you by being sick. Meditation is a way to create healing and change Meditation can help you to tune out distractions so you can hear your bodies messages. In this way you can learn to respond to them, so that a state of balance is achieved. If you identify an imbalance, such as emotional anguish or a physical illness, then meditation can help you release the cause of of your frustrations so that equilibrium is returned.
