Countdown Timing
The Enso Pearl can be used as a simple countdown timer for meditation, yoga, Reiki, or alternative therapy sessions. Simply press the Timer button, set the amount of time, and press the Start button. The Enso circle begins to paint as the timer silently counts down the time. At the end of the countdown, the display light glows, the circle is complete, it flashes on and off, and the selected sound plays. The Countdown can be set to repeat so that a single cycle of the sound plays and then the timer automatically restarts the countdown.

Interval Timing
The Enso Pearl allows you to program sequential timers that run one-after-the-other to compose a session with various interval lengths, each ending with the selected sound. This more complex process is available at your choosing if you need it. Otherwise, the Enso Pearl can remain a perfectly simple timer.

This is great for Therapists. For a 60-minute session, you can set a timer for 55 minutes and then a second timer for 5 minutes. Press the Start button and you will get a gong sound at 55 minutes and another at 60 minutes. This will help regulate the session. If you run sessions of various lengths, you can program and store up to 3 different programs.

Alarm Clock
The Enso Pearl can be used as your wakeup alarm clock. You can select from the sound options and volume levels that suit your needs. You are sure to find a combination that is pleasing to a light sleeper or robust for a sound sleeper.

Count Up Timer
The Count Down Timer can be set to "0:00". Pressing the Start button will play a gong to signal the beginning of the count. The timer display will then begin counting up. In this manner you can freely meditate and see how long your session has been going.

The Enso Pearl has a beautiful pearl finish on the face and a soft dark-gray rubber backing that helps you grip the clock while you set the desired functions.
