3. Mood Softener, with 7 minutes of 60-beats-per-minute calming heart light pulses;
4. Longer / Slower Sleep Mode or Meditation Mode, with 25 minutes of soft "breathing" light pulses; and
   
5. Mood Light, with 30 minutes of soft, non-pulsing blue light.
