The Triple-bel timer is a simple timer that you can use for meditation, yoga, Reiki, massage therapy, psychotherapy, or any practice where you need an alert to end the session.

What's unique about this timer is that you can select one, two or all three of its alert functions to signal the end of a countdown. Choose from a traditional beep-beep, a subtle flashing light, or a gentle vibration. Activate just the one you like or turn on all three modes. The light and vibration modes are perfect for gently bringing you out of meditation.

Simply press the buttons to increment the amount of time and press the Start button to begin the countdown. When the timer reaches Zero, the alert modes you have turned on will activate and continue until you press the Stop button. The time display will return to the previous time setting that you entered.
