The Zabuton Meditation Cushion is a complement to the Zafu Meditation Cushion. It is designed to cushion the knees and ankles from hard floors during meditation sessions. Inside the Zabuton is 3 inches of soft cotton batting.

This economy version is made with durable cotton twill fabric that can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The cotton batting material is tufted to keep the batting secure and to prevent shifting and bunching up of the batting.

At 36 inches by 28 inches, our Zabuton cushions are up to 20% larger than other Zabutons on the market.
