The Zafu Meditation Cushion is the traditional round pleated cushion used by meditators all over the world. The cushion is covered with durable cotton twill fabric. This regular version comes with a  built-in handle for easy transport.

The Zafu comes with either Kapok (dense cotton-like material) or Buckwheat Hulls. The Buckwheat Hull version has a zippered opening so that hulls can be removed and re-added to adjust the height and comfort level of the cushion to suit your needs. Our Zafus are full and firm, not half-filled and flabby like so many other zafus on the market.
