The Rosewood Meditation Mala is made with the traditional 108 beads. Each bead is smooth and knotted onto a deep red cord.

Rosewood is deep redish-brown color, richly streaked with black resinous layers and finely polished. Rosewood is believed to be good for the skin, promotes healing, improves circulation and strengthens an individual's aura while repelling negative energy.
