The gentle alarm follows a progressive cycle of chimes to bring you out of sleep in a way that creates several benefits to becoming fully awake and conscious for the day. The chime will ring at the set alarm time and then repeat after 3 minutes and 48 seconds. It will ring again at increasingly shorter intervals until you have fully awakened.

The Japanese Quartz Movement is Silent - it will not keep you up at night!

Simple controls make the Zen Alarm Clock easy to set and use. Simply turn a few knobs on the back of the clock to set the time of day and the alarm time. Turn the alarm on and the clock is ready to go.
