I just wanted to thank you for such incredible service. I ordered my Enso Meditation Timer on Thursday and received on Saturday!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this timer. I have been doing a personal Yoga practice 4-5 times a week for eleven years now and have been using the Zen clock, which I have had to replace numerous times. I'm not usually one to gush about a product at all, nevermind within 3 hours of receiving my delivery, but this time, I can't help it.

I got the cosmic cushion and zabuton set with idea that formally acknowledging my desire to meditate with some nice cushions would help me be a bit more dedicated to my practice.

I didn't expect it to be a seating solution for when I work from home.

I was in the middle of my workday when my delivery showed up.  I took a few moments to unpack my goodies and try them out.  I liked the solid feel of the buckwheat hull filled cushion that I pulled my laptop over and continued with my calls and work.

I just realized I've now been sitting here working for three hours, with no back support and zero back pain.  My coffee table is now the perfect height for my laptop.  I didn't expect that I'd be saving a couple hundred dollars by not having to buy a real office chair when I made this purchase, so thank you!  This will make my random work from home days much more enjoyable, not to mention what I hope it will do for my meditation time.

I shopped around extensively both online and at retail for a high-quality zabuton/zafu combination before settling on Sage Meditation. They turned out to have the the best price/value offerings. The black zabuton/zafu combination was the exact same high-quality, cotton/natural fabric model as in my local retail store for nearly half the price (and no tax). While I originally thought the $22.00 shipping a little high for online shopping, the box is huge and nearly 20 lbs., so it's actually fairly reasonable.

If the price/value wasn't enough, Sage blew me away with their old-fashioned, high-touch customer service. After receiving my order confirmation, I realized that I would be travelling during the scheduled delivery time. I contacted Jay and he expedited my shipment (to go out that same day) and arranged for me to receive my shipment before I left (at no additional cost).

Sage sells on Amazon, but ordering directly costs the same with a better quality customer fulfillment.

It's gratifying to see customer service is alive and well, tucked away in a corner of Madison, WI!

I purchased a Mobile Meditator inflatable cushion for a 7 day meditation retreat.  I was amazed how comfortable it was.  It was quite easy to inflate and maintained inflation over the 7 days.  This cushion was so comfortable that it has become my cushion of choice for daily meditation at home.

Sage Meditation Note: We mistakenly sent Debbie two Zabuton Meditation Cushions and one Zafu when her order was for just one of each. The Zafu & Zabuton were intended for a gift and she decided to make use of the extra Zabuton for her own meditation practice.

I did receive the clock (Zen Timepiece) two days ago and am happy to report it is in perfect working order! It is lovely and the chimes sound so peaceful....so peaceful in fact that the first morning I slept right through them! This morning though my ear was attuned and I was able to wake up to them. Also the fact that it is battery powered was a wonderful thing because we actually lost our power last night so it was my only clock and, more importantly, my only alarm clock!
