The Zabuton Meditation Cushion complements any sitting meditation cushion or meditation bench and serves to cushion the legs, knees, and ankles from hard floors during meditation. Available in either economy or deluxe versions, the zabuton meditation cushion is 36" long, 28" wide, and 3" thick. The cushion contains soft cotton batting and the covers are made of durable cotton twill fabric in your choice of color.

The economy zabuton comes with the cotton batting sewn directly into the cotton twill fabric. It is tufted in five places to keep the cotton batting in place. The deluxe zabuton comes with the cotton batting enclosed in muslin fabric and is also tufted in five places. This deluxe version comes with a zippered, removable, and washable cotton twill cover in your choice of color.
