Meditation Mala Beads are a tactile counting tool used to maintain rhythm and focus during breath awareness, mantra repetition, and mindfulness practice. Each mala features the traditional 108-bead configuration plus a distinct head bead to mark the start and end of each cycle. All beads are individually knotted on a durable cord.
