The Zabuton Meditation Cushion can be used by itself or to complement any sitting meditation cushion or meditation bench and serves to cushion the legs, knees, and ankles from hard floors during meditation. The cushion contains soft cotton batting and the cover is made of durable 100% Cotton Twill fabric.
The Zabuton is filled with dense cotton batting. The Deluxe Zabuton has a removable cover in your choice of color - the cotton batting is sewn into muslin fabric. The Removable Cover of the Deluxe Zabuton produces a smooth surface. The Economy Zabuton does not have a removable cover - the cotton batting is sewn directly into the cotton twill fabric in your choice of color. The Tufting Stitches of the Economy Zabuton produces a dimpled surface. Both Economy and Deluxe versions have tufting stitches through the cotton batting to prevent the batting from bunching up. Mix and Match colors as you wish.
The Deluxe Zabuton comes with the cotton batting enclosed in muslin fabric and is tufted in five places. This Deluxe model comes with a zippered, removable, and washable Cotton Twill cover in your choice of color. We recommend washing in cool water to preserve the color and rack drying to minimize shrinking of the fabric.

Dimpled Zabuton
The charcoal grey color looks very nice and the cushioning depth is perfect. The dimensions were a tiny bit larger than I expected, but fits fine in my meditation space. I would purchase this style of zabuton again.

Excellent Zabuton
We purchased 6 of the economy zabutons for the Zendo. They are very comfortable and have more than adequate size . We might have had even better success with the Deluxe models for those using Seiza benches. The deluxe models might have been a bit stiffer. We have not had a lot of feed back from users at this point.
