The Zafu and Zabuton Meditation Cushion Set includes one Zafu (round cushion) with your choice of Buckwheat Hull or Kapok fill and one Zabuton (rectangular mat) filled with cotton batting. Each cushion is available in an Economy version where the fill is directly enclosed in the 100% Cotton Twill fabric, or a Deluxe version where the fill is enclosed in linen fabric and the cover in your choice of color is removable and washable. Mix and Match colors as you wish.
The Zabuton is filled with dense cotton batting. The Deluxe Zabuton has a removable cover in your choice of color - the cotton batting is sewn into linen fabric. The Removable Cover of the Deluxe Zabuton produces a smooth surface. The Economy Zabuton does not have a removable cover - the cotton batting is sewn directly into the cotton twill fabric in your choice of color. The Tufting Stitches of the Economy Zabuton produces a dimpled surface. Both Economy and Deluxe versions have tufting stitches through the cotton batting to prevent the batting from bunching up. Mix and Match colors as you wish.

Perfect cushion and excellent customer service
How did I go so long without this set? The Zafu and zabuton mediations is well made, comfortable and stable. The discomfort I previously felt in my knees is gone, allowing me to better focus my meditation. I exchanged the covers for a different color and Sage Meditation was wonderful during the entire process.
