Return Policy

Sage Meditation offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on your purchase. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the price of the product. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Once you have return authorization you may simply repackage the item(s) you wish to return, enclose a copy of the invoice or sales receipt, and then ship the item(s) back to us at:

Gift Returns

If your purchase will be given as a gift to someone, we will take this into consideration for our return policy and extend the return period to 30 days after the recipient receives their gift. The recipient needs to have a copy of the Sales Receipt or Paid Invoice so that we can look up the original purchase information. The recipient needs to contact us within 15 days of receiving the gift if they wish to exchange the item.

For example, during the December Holiday Season, even if you make your gift purchase as early as October, we will extend the Return Date to approximately the end of January.

Conditions of a Return

• Items must be in their original condition
• Audio CDs can only be returned in their unopened original plastic wrapper
• Items must be returned in their original packaging - timers & clocks in their original bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and box
• The Now & Zen clocks should be packaged in bubble wrap and the original Now & Zen Box, and then packaged in a shipping box with additional stuffing as needed
• The Now & Zen Timepiece should be packaged with the original packing pieces and the original Now & Zen Box, and then packaged in a shipping box with additional stuffing as needed
• All original parts must be returned - straps, buckwheat hulls, power transformers, instruction booklets, etc.
• Items must be packaged so as to protect them during shipping - please follow the Repackaging a Pyramid Timer or Clock instructions or the "Protect the Pyramid Tip" card enclosed with the unit
• The RA Number, if applicable, and your full name and return address must appear on the shipping label

Any shipping method may be used to send an item back to us. There is no need to rush the item back to us as long as it has been shipped within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Insurance is at your option. Tracking or Delivery Confirmation is recommended.

You may enclose a note if you wish to tell us why you were not satisfied with the product.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

• Items damaged by misuse are not returnable
• Candles, Incense, Scented Oils, Eye Pillows, and the Mobile Meditator are not returnable
• CDs can only be returned if unopened. Opened CDs are not returnable
• Cushions must be clean and free of food, soiling, and pet hair - a cleaning fee may be applied for soiled cushions
• Custom-made cushions are not returnable
• Large volume orders may be subject to a restocking fee
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval
• Items returned after 30 days will receive either "in-store" credit or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

Defective or Damaged Items

PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving a defective or damaged item. We will arrange for replacement of the item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. We are happy to work with you to exchange items. You may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of ordering.

Electronic items may ship as soon as 1 hour after an order is placed if you placed your order between 8am and 4pm on a weekday, so you may want to call us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If your order has already been shipped, the item may be returned according to our normal return procedure. You MUST contact us for return authorization. And, shipping charges can not be refunded.

Refunds

Upon return of an item, we will inspect the item for any exceptions to a full refund - this is very rare. You will be refunded for the item only and in the amount that you paid for the item. If you used a discount coupon for the purchase, your refund will be for the price of the item after the discount you received.

Refunds are made in the manner in which you paid for your order. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. If someone made the purchase as a gift to you, the refund will go the to original purchasers payment method. If your purchase was made through PayPal, you will be refunded through PayPal. Sage Meditation is not responsible for the transaction fees deducted by PayPal, which will result in a reduced refund.

Bing Cashback Program

If you made your purchase through Bing Cashback, we will deduct the cashback amount from your account on Live Cashback. If more than 30 days has past, we will deduct the cashback amount from your "in-store" credit.
