Rudraksha Beads, also know as "The Eye of Lord Shiva" promote inner peace and knowledge.
Meditation Malas are used for meditation practice to count breaths or mantra repetitions. Neck malas have 108 beads and a 'head bead' to indicate the end and beginning of each 108-bead count. The number of beads signifies the 108 worldly sins in the Buddhist tradition or as a multiple of '9' in the Hindu tradition. This number is also significant in many other religions. Each type of bead has its own significance.

This set is so lovely and sturdy. I was surprised and pleased that my set came in a beautiful pouch. I will look to Sage Meditation for my future devotional needs and recommend Sage Meditation to my friends!
The beads are rough but if you read the story of Lord Shiva you will love them. I use them to concentrate on inner peace and knowledge as stated.
I love my new "RUDRAKSHA MEDITATION MALA PRAYER BEADS." I wear them during my yoga practice and even when I am not on my yoga mat. I wear them as both a necklace and a bracelet.
