I bought this Reiki Timer to use instead of my iPhone to time my meditations. The gong is lovely and I love that it's made in France and not in China. The CD I play every night as I fall to sleep. My Husband loves it, too. So I use it for meditation, relaxing, and falling to sleep. It is fabulous. I highly recommend Yoga Gold by Chris Conway Music for relaxation & Healing.
