A Quantity of 1 equals a Set of 2 Knee Pillows with your choice of fill.

The Knee Pillow is a simple support cushion filled with your choice of buckwheat hulls or kapok. These pillows can be used in conjunction with our other meditation cushions or meditation cushion sets to provide additional support where needed. It's designed to add support to the knees, thighs, ankles, or any area of the body that needs additional support during meditation. The buckwheat hulls easily conform to any shape and a zippered opening allows for removing and re-adding the hulls to achieve the perfect level of comfort. The kapok (cotton-like) fill is more cushiony for those areas that need support and lift as well as softness.

These support cushions have a zipper opening so you can adjust the level of fill in the pillow.

These knee cushions have made my meditations more comfortable.

I just tuck these knee cushions under my knees, one flat and the other sideways to give my higher knee more support. They don't take up much room and are comfy and easy to travel with. I got the kapok ones, they are firm but super comfy. Very happy with them.

    Perfect knee support cushion.

I use this as a knee support cushion for firelog pose and sometimes put it under my head when laying flat. I used to put it between my ankles to keep the top one from bending too much while I was working on my lotus flexibility. It is very comfortable and the perfect size (adjustable buckwheat fill). I turn it different ways as needed. I have two of them so one is always handy.
