Meditation cushions are an important accessory for accomplishing the level of meditation that you are striving towards. The Rectangular cushion and Zabuton meditation cushions are both made from durable cotton twill fabric that cleans easily with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Both have removable covers that can be laundered, as well. The buckwheat hull Rectangular cushion has a zippered opening that will allow you to remove some of the hulls and adjust the height and firmness that conforms to the shape of your body so that you have a grounded feeling during meditation. The Kapok fill is firm but can also be shaped to your level of comfort. In addition to these sets, you can also choose from the single meditation cushions to use alone or in pairs as you prefer. The Rectangular meditation cushion is a simple cushion that can be used alone or in conjunction with a Zabuton to give you extra lift.
