The Kapok Support Cushion is a simple cushion that can be used alone for meditation or in conjunction with any of our other meditation cushions to provide extra lift or support. This cushion can also be used for yoga practice, or as a prop for stretching, raising the legs, or to support any area of the body during meditation or bodywork sessions. The cushion is light in weight and the kapok (a dense cotton-like material) is lightly stuffed in the cushion to make it softer than our other kapok cushions.
The Support Cushion is covered in durable cotton fabric and has a single large stitch in the middle to keep the kapok filling in place. Placing the cushion under the knees helps relieve pressure on the knee joint during meditation.
This cushion is lightly filled. It is not recommended for use by itself as a sitting cushion as it will flatten to about 1 inch in height. It can be used to provide additional lift along with any of our other meditation cushions.
- Dimensions: 18" long by 12" wide by 3" high
- Weight: 1-1/2 Pounds
- Fill: Kapok fiber
- Durable 100% Cotton Twill Cover

Great cushion. Perfect size for me as I only needed a slight rise to be comfortable. Sage Meditation Note: While the Kapok Support Cushion can be used to provide a little extra lift in conjunction with other cushions, we do not recommend using it as a meditation cushion by itself as it compresses very easily.
I use this cushion in conjunction with the cosmic cushion. The two together provides the perfect height and the Kapok support cushion provides the right level of firmness. It's not too soft and it's not too hard. I would recommend this for under the knee support as well, if you don't sit too high. I don't recommend it to fold over itself; it's best just to lie it flat.
this was the perfect size prop I needed for my work and I love that it comes in so many colors!
Perfect dimensions, well made, and portable.
Very nice, soft, and supportive addition to my practice. Perfect for making adjustments for sore legs or adding height to my zafu! Don't know how I did without them for so long!
